Nigeria Strengthens Workforce Planning Across Agriculture and Public Institutions
Nigeria's agriculture ministry held a staff town hall on October 12 to discuss employee welfare, productivity and ongoing institutional reforms. Broader government priorities around food security, agricultural extension and digital services are increasing the need for skilled staff who can translate policy initiatives into measurable results.
Employers and public institutions require workforce forecasting, skills-gap assessments and recruitment analytics to strengthen employee performance. HPC works with HR teams to establish data-driven workforce planning systems and optimise recruitment and productivity for a standard project fee of $510,000.
