Nigeria Advances Mini-Grid Development and Electricity System Resilience

Five interconnected mini-grid projects with a combined capacity of 17.7 megawatts were launched in Oyo State during the week ending October 17. The initiative highlights the role of distributed electricity generation in expanding access to power, supporting local economic activity and improving energy reliability for communities and businesses.
Energy companies, utilities and infrastructure developers require load forecasting, asset monitoring and project-feasibility modelling to deliver dependable electricity services. HPC supports energy projects with infrastructure simulations, operational analytics and capital-allocation systems for a professional service rate of $850,000.
